Ordering & Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments.
To ensure we can continue to provide high-quality, secure packaging for every order, we have a small minimum order value of £5.00 for our 'Singles' collection. This allows us to use rigid toploaders and tracked shipping options that keep your new cards safe during transit.
Yes — a confirmation email is sent automatically to the address provided at checkout. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.
If your order contains a Pre-Order item, the entire order will be held and shipped together once the final item arrives. If you need your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing two separate orders.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United Kingdom. International shipping is not available at this time, but we're working on it!
Standard delivery takes 2–5 working days. Express next-day shipping is available at checkout for orders placed before 2pm.
Every card is sleeved and placed in a rigid top-loader or card saver, then secured in a bubble-lined envelope or box. Graded slabs are packed with additional foam padding.
Once your order ships you'll receive a dispatch email with a Royal Mail or courier tracking number. You can track your parcel directly on the respective carrier's website.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged or significantly not as described. Please contact us with photos before returning anything.
Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.
Graded Cards
We stock cards graded by PSA, CGC, and ACE. All slabs are authentic — we do not sell altered, cracked, or resealed cases.
Every graded card comes with its official certification number. You can verify it directly on the grading company's website (PSA, CGC, or ACE) using the cert number on the label.
Not currently, but we plan to partner with grading companies to offer submission services in the future. Sign up to our newsletter to be notified first.
Products & Stock
Products shown as available are in stock and ready to ship. Out-of-stock items display a "Sold Out" badge. We restock frequently, so check back or follow our socials for restock announcements.
We use the standard TCG condition scale: Mint (M), Near Mint (NM), Lightly Played (LP), Moderately Played (MP), and Heavily Played (HP). Condition is listed on each product page.
Yes! Use the Contact page to send us a request. We'll do our best to source it for you. No guarantees, but we love a challenge.
Account & Wishlist
No — you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save your wishlist, and access order history.
When logged in, you can save any product to your Vault (wishlist) by clicking the heart icon on any product card. Access your Vault at any time from the navigation bar.
